Clinic, then kitchen, now camera.
I qualified as a naturopathic nutritionist in 2021, while running my own restaurant in the UK. Three years of restaurant kitchens. A year of one-to-one practice. Then in 2025 I came back to nutrition through the camera — making the kind of brand content I always wanted to see.
Most wellness content is loud, performative and a little dishonest. I create the opposite: beautifully shot, evidence-led, made by someone with the qualification to back the claims.
